    • Our price to design and build your website starts with a flat rate of $300 for a basic website presence and will vary with the functionality you choose and the complexity & effort required to build it.  You should plan to assist us in the design.

  • Small Business Consulting – We're not big, outside consultants who come, look around, take your money and go.  We work with your organization to learn your business processes and goals, share your vision, and help you achieve them.  We'll help you solve the challenges you face and help move your small business forward. 

    • Business Consulting - You can’t always Google your way into running an efficient and profitable small business.  Do you even have the time to try?  Your time = money.  Think seriously of contacting us to discuss your needs or goals. 

    • Prices are based on a flat rate of $150 per hour, 1 hour minimum.

  • Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineering & Application - What is this?  We provide Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineering as a service that guides or seeds an Artificial Intelligence application to generate a desired output based on your business needs or problems.  Generative artificial intelligence (generative AI) solutions are expanding exponentially in the business market place to help businesses gain an edge on their competition.  Don't get left behind.

    • To use this service, you should have a legitimate business need / problem that you need to solve quickly.  This should not just be used for the curious or those with a FOMO (fear of missing out regarding AI).

    • Our AI Prompt Engineering service is a technique used across artificial intelligence to optimize and fine-tune language models for particular tasks and desired outputs. Also known as prompt design, it refers to the process of carefully constructing prompts or inputs tailored to achieve a workable solution or to enhance a company's performance on specific tasks.

    • Pricing is a flat rate of $75 per 1/2 hour session, 1/2 hour minimum.  Hours required can vary on the type of problem to be solved and the complexity and amount of engineering required to obtain a solution. 

    • This science is in its infancy.  Results generated by AI are not 100% guaranteed to meet your need or solve your business problems or issues, but AI gets more efficient every day. 

  • Video or audio file transcription - We offer a transcription service for small businesses.  Do you or your staff have the time to take notes, then type them into a document for review, distribution to staff and provide long term storage?  Do you need that service but don't have the time or staff to do it?  

    • We'll transform your (understandable) audio or video files into readable and searchable text.  Our AI based service delivers nearly perfect, affordable transcripts so you can focus on your work and never miss a beat...

    • All information contained in your files is kept strictly confidential.  Please note: 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

    • We prefer to conduct business transactions digitally.  That means after we finish with your transcription(s), we will email your results.  If the files are too large to email, we will provide you a download link.

    • What would it cost for you or your staff to transcribe your content?

    • Our fees are a flat rate:

      • 1 - 30 minute duration - $1.00 per minute per file

      • 31 - 60 minute duration - $1.50 per minute per file

      • 61 - 120 minute duration - $1.75 per minute per file

      • > 120 minute duration - $2.00 per minute per file

    • ** fees are subject to change without notice, but will not exceed 10% variation.
